
How Registration Works (New for 2026)
To keep registration fair, clear, and less stressful, we’re using a simple two-step process this year.
Step 1 – Secure Your Spot
Registration opens January 19 at 8:00 a.m.
This short form is used to secure one of 80 available spots. Once these spots have been filled, you will be redirected to the wait list.
In past years, registration has filled very quickly, so families are encouraged to register as soon as the form opens.
After submitting the form, you will see an on-screen confirmation message letting you know your registration has been received.
Step 2 – Complete Details & Payment
Later in the week, registered families will receive a follow-up email with full details, required additional forms, and payment options.
You do not need everything ready on registration day - Step 1 simply holds your child’s place.
Important: All trip details, forms, reminders, and updates will be sent by email using Flocknote, our new communication platform, to help keep everything in one place. If you’ve received the “form submitted” confirmation, there’s no need to worry, the follow-up email will arrive shortly. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and junk folder).
