FIRST RECONCILIATION & FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

The Sacrament of First Communion celebrates the reception of Jesus Christ, our Risen Lord for the first time, who seeks to dwell always in our hearts. The regular reception of this sacrament strengthens our bond with Christ and the community that gathers each weekend. The Sacrament of Reconciliation has three elements: conversion, confession and celebration. In it we find God’s unconditional forgiveness; as a result, we are called to forgive others. The parish works closely with our families and schools in preparing the children for the sacraments.
